With a charter dating back to 1992, UAW Local 2324 proudly represents Technical, Office and Professional workers at Boston University. Our contract with the BU administration applies to a broad swath of full-time and regular part-time clerical, technical, and service employees on the Charles River Campus. Our parent organization, the UAW — or the United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America — is one of the largest and most diverse unions in North America, with more than 600 local unions in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Our 400,000 active members and 580,000 retired members represent virtually every sector of the economy.

UAW MA-CAP 2022 election endorsements

Thu Oct 27, 2022: The Region 9A Massachusetts CAP Council has released 2022 endorsements for Massachusetts state political candidates as well recommendations in favor of ballot questions 1 (the Fair Share Amendment) and 4 (the Yes 4 Safer Roads initiative). Deadlines for the 2022 UAW IEB election

Thu Oct 20, 2022: Starting on Monday of this week, ballots for the UAW 2022 IEB election have begun to be mailed to the home addresses of UAW members eligible to vote. Keep your eye out for these and do not throw them away. Ballots must be received by 11/28/22 in order to be counted; therefore you shuld plan to mail your ballot no later than 11/18/22. The tabulation process will commence on 11/29/22, with observers present as prescribed by the election rules.
