UAW MA-CAP 2022 election endorsements

Thu Oct 27, 2022: The Region 9A Massachusetts CAP Council has released 2022 endorsements for Massachusetts state political candidates as well recommendations in favor of ballot questions 1 (the Fair Share Amendment) and 4 (the Yes 4 Safer Roads initiative). Deadlines for the 2022 UAW IEB election

Thu Oct 20, 2022: Starting on Monday of this week, ballots for the UAW 2022 IEB election have begun to be mailed to the home addresses of UAW members eligible to vote. Keep your eye out for these and do not throw them away. Ballots must be received by 11/28/22 in order to be counted; therefore you shuld plan to mail your ballot no later than 11/18/22. The tabulation process will commence on 11/29/22, with observers present as prescribed by the election rules.

UAW Candidate Forum videos available online

Tue Oct 11, 2022: Pursuant to the Candidate Forum Rules, the UAW Election Monitor conducted voluntary forums last months for candidates running for the offices of International President, International Secretary-Treasurer, and International Vice President. Recordings of the forums, which were livestreamed and open for public viewing, are now available on the Monitor’s website and the UAW website.
